There are several shops, most notably Third Way Cafe, within walking distance. We are right around the corner from Grandview and Franklinton, which are awesome dinner/drink neighborhoods with many restaurants and breweries. Conveniently located right off I-70 for quick commuting. Well behaved pets welcome! Laundry onsite. No smoking and no parties/events!
