The Annexe has off street parking, it's own private entrance & outside pebbled area with garden table & chairs for two. The Annexe offers a great holiday base giving you access to both East and West Mersea. The Annexe accomendation provides kitchen, living & bedroom area & showeroom/WC. The bathroom is on the ground floor and large sitting/dining room with a gas heater and provides plenty of space for five people indoors and there is a private, wrap around garden with BBQ area that enjoys the sun at most times of the day.

You’ll hear the bells ringing out from the sailing boats and see kids enthusiastically crabbing from the jetty. We fell head over heels in love with Mersea and hope you will too.

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

The property sleeps 5/6 people and has an enclosed garden with seating and bbq, there is also a large lockable shed for any outdoor equipment.

Walking out of the cabin, within two minutes you will be on the coast road leading either to the village centre or towards the harbour.

'The Cabin' is a comfortable, bright, two bedroom cottage on Mersea Island, a few steps from the sea on a much sought after quiet lane. There are two double bedrooms, one with a Super King bed the other with a King size bed and a bunk bed. There are great walks and bike rides either along the sea wall or on the beach, and some fantastic seafood eateries. Mersea Island is off the coast of Essex, 9 miles southeast of Colchester, just one hour from London.
