Sandstone views, outdoor area with private hot tub, can be kept cool in hot weather just message your preference. Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards,. Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Best for 4 guests comfortable roll away bed for 5.

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the family room. The front patio is always in the shade. Ask about the optional cabin on site for use as a private detached room for overflow family.
