The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and gazebo down at the river (subject to availability). The Ranch feels secluded, but is close to downtown Palisade and in amongst the wineries and other local attractions. We are also righty next to the off-leash dog-friendly Riverbend Park, where the local festivals are held (Bluegrass, Winefest, Peach Festival etc.).

Secluded enough to allow for privacy but only 5.9 miles from Montrose Regional Airport. 1800 sqf. of completely remodeled home with knotty pine doors and trim. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. The views of the Colorado river, Grand Mesa & mount Garfield are breathtaking the animals are all friendly and love people

The Grand Mesa is beautiful! We are located at 10,200' in elevation. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SNOW ON THE GROUND THROUGH MAY AND INTO JUNE. We have a total of 9 cabins for rent. We are across the street and a short walk to two lakes, beautiful scenery, hiking trails, XC skiing, atv-ing, snowmobiling, canoeing, mtn biking, and great fishing! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards & snowshoes. We also have snowmobile tours and rentals. There's something for everyone!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! Charming farm house sitting on 90 acres with stunning views, lots of wildlife, and plenty of room for your horses and dogs. While secluded, Powderhorn Ski Resort is only 10 min away, and another 10 min drive will take you to the Grand Mesa, the largest flat top mountain in the world. Upon request, we can host larger groups as well, please reach out if this is a need for your group.
