Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Extra insulation and extra thick carpet padding has been added for sound mitigation in the sleeping areas. Outside area is shared with the two apt.
