Laura's View Tower - King, Birders' Paradise, Desk

Nestled on a hillside with unique sweeping views, the Tower is the perfect destination for romantic escapes, remote work & family or group getaways. Entire house is yours! Laundry included. The spacious two-story house boasts a versatile open floor plan and is designed for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, enjoy the sunny private deck, king-sized bed, twin sofa couch, office desk and a spacious bathroom with oversized bathtub. The well-equipped downstairs kitchen includes range & oven plus dishwasher.

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.

Enjoy downtown Palisade's farmers market, distillery, and brewery. We're moments from many wineries and trailheads including Mt. Garfield & Palisade Rim. Begin, end or spend your day lounging on the front porch in the shade of mature peach trees or enjoying views of the rugged Palisades seeming to rise just outside the back door.

Fruita/Loma Guest House at the Perfect Day Getaway

This newly constructed "Green" home is a mix of modern and country styles and will surely inspire you to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

You will enjoy breathtaking endless views of orchards, vineyards and the Bookcliff mountains and amazing sunsets from the bright, open great room and balcony. You may think you are in the clouds! The peace and quiet you will feel in this lovely new home will surely refresh you. Located on the fruit and wine byway, there are 6 wineries within 3 miles yet you are only 2.5 miles from downtown Palisade and its plentiful offerings. This home is calling your name!

Thimble Rock Point

Nestled in the mountainside of an obscure Colorado canyon there is a place so fitting it literally rises from the rock the way a ship breaks a wave. Mimicking the geology and angular unconformity of the canyon walls, a harmonic relationship exists between roof pitch and steep granite cliffs.
