The complex is adjacent to the Wolf Creek golf course and a short drive to the other 7 in the area. It is very close to the Eureka and Virgin River Casinos. It is also next to a park with a playground for the kids, or a nice walking path for a stroll.

Walk in closets & full bathrooms in both bedrooms. lots of storage with a garage. Large kitchen, Dining room, Front room, and Laundry room. Heat and AC work great with a large sofa’s in the front room. Walking distance from everything. Cable TV with free WiFi.
