The condo is only 425 sq ft and is really best for up to two people, 3 will be very tight. It is cute an cozy with a great view from balcony. There is also a washer and dryer on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and basic items to make you feel at home. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Hiking, biking, Zion, boating, paddle boarding, sand dunes, UTV riding, Tuachan, Snow Canyon, Kanarraville falls and so much more to do. Maybe you just need a quiet place to relax, or a place to hop on the WiFi and get some work done. All possible here at this condo.

Cute condo next to the clubhouse and pool. The clubhouse includes a small gym, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, year round** (see other details). The complex is adjacent to the Wolf Creek golf course and a short drive to the other 7 in the area. It is very close to the Eureka and Virgin River Casinos. It is also next to a park with a playground for the kids, or a nice walking path for a stroll.

Walk in closets & full bathrooms in both bedrooms. lots of storage with a garage. Large kitchen, Dining room, Front room, and Laundry room. Heat and AC work great with a large sofa’s in the front room. Walking distance from everything. Cable TV with free WiFi.
