A light, bright, country delight

River Heights is a spacious, stylish 3 bedroom villa outside of Glen Tunnel. Enjoy the peace of the serene Malvern Hills and the beauty of the Selwyn river. In summer you can enjoy the outdoor dining area, complete with a bbq and covered awning. In the winter you can relax in front of the large log fire. The master bedroom enjoys access to the front porch and has double country doors with bug screens. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry so you can make yourself at home on your travels.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

The Granary at Gunyah- 3 bedr house by Mt Hutt

The Granary is a new 3 bedroom building based on original colonial Granary,full of character, within the grounds of Gunyah Country Estate. Very quiet relaxing in the country by MtHutt on Inland Scenic Route SH 72, by Lake Coleridge and Rakaia Gorge. Sleeps up to 6.
