Te Korowai Canopy - Walks, Stargazing and Sauna

Escape to the forest and slow everything down. Te Korowai Canopy is a peaceful retreat nestled in native bush in beautiful Peel Forest, a place to rest, reset, and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by greenery and birdsong, this cosy stay offers a grounding, nature-filled experience just a short drive from Geraldine. By day, explore nearby walking tracks, waterfalls, and rivers. By night, step outside and take in some of the clearest star-filled skies in New Zealand, just stillness and stars.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

We are located approximately a 1 hour drive from Christchurch & 30 minute drive from Mt Hutt ski fields. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located 10 minutes east of Ashburton, the Oak offers quiet and tranquil accommodation. The Oak is a farm hut that has space enough for two people, with a queen bed, a full kitchen and bathroom. Perfect space if your passing through Ashburton or looking to get away for some relaxation. Set in beautiful established grounds, this self contained cottage is perfect for a couple wanting the privacy, peace and tranquility of their own space in the country. Only minutes to Geraldine. Close to quaint Woodbury Village, Beauly Cottage has stunning views to Mount Peel.
