Open living space with gas appliances, washer & dryer and ocean facing deck. 5 minute walk to all Lower G has to offer; Beach, Marina, Restaurants, Markets, Brew Pubs and a Yoga Studio at the end of our block. An E car charging station available upon request. The deck is private with BBQ. Parking is directly beside the cottage.
