A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

A lovely well equipped apartment located in a very quiet cul de sac close to Newcastle city centre, beds consist of a double, a single and a Z bed (with duvet and pillow) located under the double allowing up to 4 to stay (2 sharing of course!). It is a short walk to the local metro station (200 metres) and you have access all around the area by train (the coast, airport, newcastle city centre, gateshead stadium, metro arena), a good selection of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants locally.

Your accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor into the sitting room, which has a sofa, dining table and chairs. Within this living area are kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Stairs lead to the double bedroom including wardrobe and drawers.

Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.
