Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.

Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.
