We serve coffee, and all breakfast essentials that you can enjoy in the dinning table, overlooking the main street and the cute balcony. The super comfortable king-size bed and nice sheets will make sure you get a good night's rest, making you ready for the next day in this extraordinary city. The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. In addition to 5 blocks you can take the TuriBus that offers tourists to know Mexico City in a practical way.
