Este encantador loft con increíble estilo se ubica dentro de una casona de principios del siglo XX. Única en la zona Escandon, con excelente ubicación y extraordinaria cercanía a la Colonia Condesa, Roma, Napoles, y zona centro de la CDMX. Aquí tendrás un espacio que cuenta con una sala, comedor, cocineta, tv, wifi, baño privado y un mezzanine con cama queen. También contarás con un jardín privado bajo la sombra de un hermoso árbol de jacarandas. Tenemos dos amigables perros en el jardín común.

Vive la experiencia de este tranquilo e iluminado espacio abierto, ideal para descansar o trabajar y decorado con objetos llenos de historias. El loft se encuentra en el tercer piso de Casa Mavi, una antigua fábrica que fue remodelada para crear un lugar lleno de encanto que lo hace único. Cuenta con terrazas de uso común. Con opción para un tercer huésped. Wifi 200 megas.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
