Safe clean spacious well equipped suite with private entrance will suit singles travelling alone and mature couples. Not a shared area. 15 min drive to the airport 2 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to Palm Beach CBD Convenience of a cafe next door. Excellent public transport system outside our gate. Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.
