Right next to the beach, one step out of the rear entrance of the building and you'll be on the sand! it's a 2 min walk (the 20 min walk airbnb put there is wrong). Perfect to relax by the beautiful sunset. Plus you are on Collins Ave, THE BEACH! Supermarket right at the corner and a great cafe just next door. Public transportation right at the door including the free trolley. You are just a short walk away from the top South beach spots: Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, Ocean Drive
