Relax and enjoy the beautiful views on the wrap around verandah, play some tennis, stroll to Crystal pool for a refreshing dip in the river or explore some of the beautiful walking trails through the majestic forest. Dark Horse provides stylish self-contained villa accommodation near forest and beaches on the stunning Barrington Coast, NSW. Set on our 10 acre farm on the site of an old dairy, we've built a unique one bedroom retreat including some of the original timbers to create an airy open plan space opening onto views of the small valley and paddocks, picking up the sea breezes. We're located just 8kms north of Nabiac on the Mid North Coast, just off the Pacific Highway. Forster is a 10 min drive.

Abundant animal and bird visitors including Bowerbirds, lyrebirds, pademelons, parrots , possums and our curious brush turkeys.

Escape to the tranquility of our charming cottage just 35 km North of Taree in NSW. "Bushsong" is nestled deep in Upper Lansdowne's serene escarpment forests. Comfortable, calm and fully equipped to make your stay easy and relaxing. The large covered deck makes a great perch for spotting native birds n the gully below. This is the perfect nature escape to unwind, take a break and soak up the forest vibe. Property access requires a Four Wheel or All Wheel Drive vehicle.
