Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

The Nook

A cosy, quaint and compact self-contained mini-cottage. The Nook has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway. Only 5 mins drive from Upton Barn Wedding Venue! There is also easy access to the East Devon coastline, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon AONB, Blackdown Hills, Exeter and much more.

The Annexe is attached to an Edwardian House. It is a fully self-contained ground floor space comprising of a double bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a TV, DVD's, CD player and an outdoor space with a delightful gazebo and a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. It is ideally placed for the beach, Dartmoor, Jurassic Coast, SouthWest Coast Path and the Steam Service to Dartmouth.

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

A hidden gem tucked away at the bottom of a garden with private decked outside area.Accessible via a shared back passage behind terraced houses,our Summerhouse is a cosy open planned but well equipped space. Sleeps 2 adults in a luxurious king size bed. Walking distance to estuary,pubs,restaurants & 2 supermarkets. Gorgeous beaches a 5-minute drive away & close access to amazing walks and outdoor activities like paddle boarding and surfing.

Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.

Cosy country cottage

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The Garden Retreat

Self contained annexe to the main house. Private entrance and newly finished dedicated patio area, enjoying beautiful views and spacious garden. The room features a double bed with ensuite shower room, breakfast area with fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs. Travel cot available. This is the ideal place for a peaceful rest in a quiet location, close to local shops and services.
