This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

Newly renovated, self contained, easterly facing ground level property has easy access for all abilities. 'Scotts Break' is welcoming, family-friendly and located in a peaceful neighbourhood a short walk from cafes and beaches. The large secure backyard offers a safe space for children to play and for adults to unwind. A tranquil, leafy setting is a perfect place to relax and recharge all year round. Scotts Break can also be booked with Sunset View (upstairs) for larger family gatherings.
