Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a perfect view from every window. Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

There are garden games, a tree swing, tree house, firepit and football to enjoy while the pool and tennis court are available from late May until the end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October).

The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. Sauna is available by prior arrangement.
