Ruime lichte gezinswoning in Delft

Our lovely spacious home offers everything you may be looking for. A living room with a 3.8m high ceiling, a kitchen and a nice conservatory (total approximately 60m2). 1 parent bedroom and 2 children's rooms. Enough space in the house and outside to enjoy the green garden and for the children to play in the garden or the playground. We have 2 child-friendly cats who love attention. Very close by you will find a large park and the city center is just a 10-minute bike ride or 20-minute walk away.

Colourful house in friendly and quiet neighbourhood on walking distance from Delft centre and Delft station. There is a front garden and back garden, so always sun and shade whichever you prefer. The house has a bedrooms with a double bed. Please note the bedroom is two (steep-ish) floors up, while the bathroom is groundfloor. Supermarket, swimming pool, park within 500 meters. Station at 10 mins. I live in the house when not hosting, while I remove personal things, you'll find books etc.

The house is on a peaceful leafy street, less than 5 minutes walk from the centre square. The train station is only 15 minutes away by foot. The house is newly renovated in a warm minimalistic style, inspired by the best of Japanese and Scandinavian design. The hosts are Delft locals and will have a wide range of recommendations to enjoy.

Het gehele huis voor 6 personen is tot je beschikking. Wij hebben een babybed + stoel voor kinderen tot 3 jaar. Wij proberen duurzaam te wonen: met zonnepanelen, een warmtepomp en een goed geisoleerd huis trachten we de CO2 uitstoot te reduceren. Bedlinnen, handdoeken en gratis parkeren zijn inbegrepen. Je kunt ook met ons verblijven en samen dineren als je dat wilt. In dat geval bespreken wij samen een redelijke prijs. In 20 minuten loop je naar het historisch centrum van Delft.

Welcome to our hidden gem in the heart of Delft's city centre, just a 5-minute stroll from the Main Square. My name is Judith Ramaker and I am happy to share my cosy home with you. Most of the time I live here very happily with my 3 kids and dog. Our space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and the vibrant charm of this historical city. The house is suitable for a family with kids or 2 couples/kids. Not for groups/events or festivities.

Midden tussen Delft en Rotterdam, in het mooie Midden Delfland, ligt deze woning aan de Schie. Als je rust en ruimte zoekt, maar ook een goede uitvalsbasis om steden te bezoeken, is dit the place to be. Het huis heeft twee slaapkamers en badkamer op de verdieping. Verder een zeer complete keuken, met een vierpitsgasstel, vaatwasser en oven. En een gezellige woonkamer met een prachtig uitzicht over een vogelreservaat.

Rust & romantiek in Maasland

Welkom in mijn authentieke huis uit 1850, gelegen in het oude centrum van Maasland. Dichtbij te vinden: mooie bossen, weilanden, wandel/fietsroutes, boerderijwinkels, kinderboerderij, speeltuin en pannenkoekenhuis. In Maassluis zijn veel restaurants en winkels te vinden. De supermarkt is op 100 m loopafstand. Op 25 min van Rotterdam, Delft, Den Haag en het strand, met goede OV-verbindingen nabijgelegen.

Our house has a spectaculair view over a pond and the biggest windmills of the Netherlands. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 big bedrooms and 2 smaller rooms on the 1e floor. We can receive additional kids at the house. We have new airco units in the house. 2 private parking spaces behind the house 10 min walk to the historic city centre of Schiedam. Train and metro on walking distance.
