Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.

The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. Welcome to The Belvedere. This is a first floor unit in a three-story, Italianate style house designed by renowned architect Stephen Decatur Button and built in the early 1870s. It has been lovingly renovated and exudes Victorian charm. The location is fantastic- one block to the beach, one block to Congress Hall, two blocks to the mall. It has a private enclosed sunporch as well as a shared outdoor porch with rocking chairs. Just park your car in the dedicated parking spot and go!
