Seafarers Lodge is a charming and quaint seaside shack, lovingly curated by a mother-daughter duo, just an hour from Adelaide and a stones throw from the iconic Middleton Beach. It's everything you could want in a beach shack - only a minutes walk from the waves, with a beautiful indoor fireplace, deck to catch the last of the days rays, cosy nooks to relax, full size kitchen for cooking epic meals shared around the dining table and French linen clad beds for the dreamiest, holiday sleep-in's.

Our home is large and well-appointed - it offers space, privacy and all creature comforts. There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

Explore the area planned in the 1850s to recreate the narrow lanes/ walkways of Scotland. The heritage cottage boasts modern amenities: Wifi , Netflix, split cycle aircon, gas log fire, new bathroom & kitchen as well as a hot water outdoor shower! A fully enclosed lawned & shaded garden area for all the family and pets to enjoy!

She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

Highlands House c1853, is a charming heritage cottage and reportedly the first residential dwelling in Goolwa. The house oozes character but doesn’t compromise on comfort, as it comes with modern amenities. Summer nights offer an amazing space to BBQ , in winter relax around the fire pit or have a cosy night in front of the log burner.

Our charming coastal retreat is a 1990’s weatherboard home complete with an outdoor Pizza Oven and kitchen/ BBQ facilities and a children’s play house.
