Driftwood Cottage: River, views, & room to gather

Enjoy a beautiful cozy new riverfront cottage. Enjoy a breathtaking landscape like no other! In May 2020, the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake and turning it back into the river it was 95 years ago. Our cozy cottage now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient trees and emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it. You & your family/friends will love your stay in this cozy upgraded cottage with an enormous deck & sunset views like no other.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Saginaw Twnshp home in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay located in Saginaw Township (not Saginaw City). Quiet and safe neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to the famous Frankenmuth. All bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and comfy mattresses and four pillows. Pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. Please refer to photos for a better view of this cute house.

Cute, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located with easy access to downtown and other city amenities. This home is perfect for those traveling with pets, including those trialing at TNT dog center. There is a private fenced back yard including a separate gravel run and practice agility equipment. The space has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full bed. One bathroom with shower and tub. Stay connected with complimentary wifi and Roku television.

Linwood Beach Cabin Rentals

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

Pull the plug at this unique and tranquil getaway that we call "Elysium Heritage Farm". Experience groomed trails, ponds, canals & marshes on our 120 acres of woods & wetlands. View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip. The cabin has NO ELECTRICITY OR RUNNING WATER but solar lighting illuminates nicely and there are convenient private showers available offsite. Potable water provided.

Cozy one bed, one bath cabin sits on the edge of the woods on our private lake. Adjacent to state land between Midland and Mt Pleasant, our cabin offers a convenient getaway from the day's events. Unplug and take a walk along the lake, enjoy some fishing, paddleboarding, or a bonfire before turning in for the night. Enjoy a lake view from the main bedroom. Close the doors to the living room to create a second private sleeping area on the fold out couch.

This home is a spacious ground-floor apartment, which includes 2 large bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and original details like a massive brick fireplace in the Mission style, large bay windows, and original built-in shelving in the cozy reading nook. Completely renovated in 2019, the apartment also includes modern conveniences like a full kitchen, high-speed internet, and a massive TV. Covered parking is also available.

Woods Place 3305 pine grove

Woods place is part of a 20 acre property with walking trails and lots of wildlife daily. We have renovated the entire property in 2021 including all new appliances, a gas firep,fireplace, and a gas grill to make your stay very comfortable. We are located 1.2 mi,es from downtown Midland and 1.2 miles from the creamery and Midland Brewing Company. Sitting right on the rail trail you can walk or bike to both.
