Walking distance from a Kroger, Dollar store, local Hispanic taco shop, coffee shops, etc. Get to Hobby in 14 mins, or IAH in less than 30. Extremely close to downtown, Daikin, Toyota Center, Shell stadium & Convention center, only 15ish mins from the medical district & the Galleria area. Doggie friendly.
