Located at Prospector Square Lodge. Next to hiking and biking trails! Within walking distance to many restaurants. Hot tub open year round/pool open during summer. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Condo. Has Super Comfortable King Bed and a Sleeper sofa for a 3rd guest. Comes with a Fridge, stove, Microwave, Keurig, Direct TV, Towels, and other amenities. Condo is located in a secured building with private parking. Several Restaurants within walking distance. Pool, Hot Tub, Laundry in Convention Center and now EV Charging. Rail Trail Right Outside The free bus line is right outside the building and they use the -MyStop - app.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

The Norway House

Situated near downtown Park City the Norway House is the perfect summer getaway! Come experience all PC has to offer in the warmer months-hiking, mountain biking, shopping, incredible eateries and art galleries. Only 10 short minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir, you can spend the day on the beach jet skiing, paddle boarding, boating or picnicking. Welcome to this studio-loft condo that has been recently renovated from top to bottom and is an ideal location within Park City. 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 minute drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 minutes walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

This has been our second home and favorite place to visit during every season. Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with amazing views, underground parking, oversized balcony, awning and fire pit, high end furniture and finishes throughout. Across from the new Deer Valley East and Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola and walking distance to the Jordanelle Reservoir during summer. Every amenity is included, making this a great place to stay during your visit to Park City in any season.

Cozy Prospector Square studio!

Well appointed studio with wonderful updates in a perfect central location. One king bed and one new leather sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. A fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and small appliances such as blender, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, and more. Kitchen is also fully stocked with assorted seasonings, cooking oils, bartenders set, measuring cups, mixing bowls, baking sheets, etc. Relax in the indoor hot tub on site.
