Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Το Handmade Farm House είναι ένα σπίτι με ταυτότητα! Κάθε γωνία του, από την οροφή μέχρι το μπάνιο φτιάχτηκε από εμάς στο χέρι. Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
