Eda’s Bodrum Cosy Apartment with Garden

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Haziran 2024 itibariyle Milas'ta bulunan yeni evim için bu kaydı oluşturmuş bulunuyorum. Dairem eski Milas evinin misafir odasıdır. Merdivensiz, bağımsız girişi, geniş avlusuyla kullanım rahatlığı merkezde bulunmasıyla ulaşım kolaylığı sunar. Milas merkezde konaklamak icin ideal bir konumdayız. Kısa yürüyüşlerle Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen`i ziyaret edebilrsiniz. Toplu taşımaya kolaylıkla erişim mümkün Hayvan dostu bir aileyiz. Köpeğimiz Kara da en az kedilerimiz kadar sevimlidir.

Awesome location with 20-minute drive from the airport, 5-minute drive to the beach and walking distance to grocery stores (3-minute walk to Migros and 5-minute drive to Macro Center). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (shared), plus work/study desk. Air conditioning in each room. Gorgeous pool, yard, lounge chairs, dining table and barbeque are waiting for you. It comes with private parking for two cars.

İçinde tavuklarımızın, kedilerin, kuşların, meyve ağaçları, sebze, meyvelerin olduğu ferah bahçe içinde, aile ve bekarlar için uygun klimalı 3-4 kişilik ev. Traditional Stone Villa with Private Pool and Private Car Park. This villa is a Seaside facility, you can access Gümbet Beach in 20 meters. Villa had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom inside. All bedrooms have their own A.C. System, walls are 80 cm and this is a natural house which builded almost half century ago. We ve fully equipet Kitchen and you will ve Wifi all around house. One of bedroom is placed on ground floor, rest of bedrooms are placed on first floor.
