The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Enjoy peace and quiet in this wonderful house minutes walk from the sea and walking distance to Milford On Sea Village with all of its' fabulous restaurants and pubs. Take a walk amongst the horses of the New Forest and enjoy a nice lunch whilst out and about on new exciting adventures. Try a spot of sailing or water activities nearby or hire bikes and explore the surrounding areas. Then, come home to a beautifully decorated house, outside dining or real log burning fire and relax........

Luxury Seaside Cabin New Forest

Welcome to Homewood Cabin. This gorgeous retreat is nestled away in our spacious garden, yet out of the view from the main house. You will feel totally secluded with your own entrance, private garden and patios. Barton on Sea counts many fabulous restaurants which are all within a 5 walk. The beautiful beach is very dog friendly all year round and we are only one road away from the stunning cliff top. You can hear the sea from the cabin. The New Forest National Park is within a 10 min. drive

Lux garden studio (sleeps 2), nr. New Forest/Beach

Little Ivy is a cosy garden sanctuary filled with natural light. It has it's own front door and French doors leading out to it's own garden, fire pit area and patio. In the summer it benefits from the sun from mid morning until sunset. The fire pit is the perfect place to watch the sun go down. The location is perfect for exploring the area, straight out through fields onto coastal walks, the beach is a 20 min walk and the country pub a 3 min walk. Milford on Sea village is 2 miles away.

Cosy cottage for 2 central Lymington

Captains Retreat Cottage is a private one bedroom ( very comfy 6ft superking) cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Studio 6

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Welcome to our cozy cabin nestled between the town and the sea! This small, unique retreat offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With its rustic charm and modern amenities, including a fridge, comfy bed, and a charming outdoor seating area, it's perfect for couples or solo adventurers seeking a tranquil getaway. Less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and just a short drive from the town and forest, you'll have convenience and choice at your doorstep.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.
