Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with great mountain views. Enjoy easy access to every room in this one story, centrally located twin-home, in a quiet neighborhood on the east side. Enjoy having garage space for your vehicle/ATV. Spend time fishing, riding your ATV right from the home to the hot springs, mountains, paragliding, hiking, visiting one the 5 nearby great national parks, attending sports events, festivals, concerts, or just relaxing with family and friends.

Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Casa del Sol/A Frame experience/Lake property

This unique A frame offers plenty of natural light, a (king) bedroom, loft (2 queen sofa sleepers), and two full baths. The private, fenced-in backyard is perfect to listen to birds, smell the roses, or light a fire. The deck upstairs is perfect for star gazing year round. Fully stocked kitchen, non-toxic toiletries, and anything else you might need; a zen space both in and outside. Within walking distance to 2 community beaches. Paddle boards, kayaks, water gear, and backyard games available.

Romantic touches for couples to enjoy a perfect getaway. Charming, small, cozy cabin-located at the base of Monroe Mtn w/ spectacular views of mtns & stars in all directions from loft deck. Restful home-base for Utah's Mighty 5 Nat'l Parks. Open oudoor space. RENT our onsite UTV to enjoy Monroe Mtn, popular hot springs, ATV trails, fishing, hiking & wildlife nearby. Warm weather mths watch para-gliders land just up the street. We consider requests for 1 nt stays. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Cozy Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Step into this charming 2-bed, 2-bath home, boasting 1,200 sq ft of inviting living space. This new build combines the warmth of rustic charm with all the modern conveniences, featuring stunning blue-stain pine ceilings that add a unique touch of character. The open layout flows seamlessly, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy the rustic appeal without sacrificing comfort and convenience. (Despite what your GPS map might tell you, the home is located on the south side of the road.)

Home Base Resort #1

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet
