Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

Perfect stay for enjoying WNC! There is a queen bed downstairs, two twins, and a king in the large room upstairs. There is also a pool table and large deck! The game room is not climate-controlled but there will be fans/heaters for you to use in that specific area and the upstairs is air-conditioned by a window unit.
