Equipped with split system-reverse cycle air conditioner, portable heater, electric blankets and a ceiling fan to guarantee comfort all year round.

Located on a quiet street in Bathurst, this comfortable home offers 2 bedrooms (one with its own lounge area), a kitchen, dining and living area, rear deck, and laundry near back door. The listing is for the main house only; the cottage next door is not included. One off-street parking space is provided. You will be very comfortable in the Bathurst heritage precinct when you stay in our centrally located cottage. The cottage is a 5 minute stroll (i.e 3 city blocks) to the city centre including cafes, shops, pubs, clubs, cinema, parks and the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre (BMEC). We have a high chair, change table and cot on request. Pets are welcome on request (subject to agreeing our conditions) at Maeve’s Cottage for an additional fee
