Minutes from Garden Cafe coffee shop, Threadbare Cider House and plenty of bars and restaurants.

This 2 bedroom 1 bath row house was built in 1900 and underwent a total gut renovation recently. Located just 2 blocks from Butler street in one of the best locations in Pittsburgh. Lawrenceville is named one of America’s coolest neighborhoods. There are so many top notch restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries to choose from, all within walking distance. I would be happy to provide suggestions for some of my favorite places to go in the neighborhood. Close to the strip and downtown too!

Within walking distance to many food spaces and drinking establishments, Millvale is also home to 2 brewpubs, Mr. Smalls Theatre for concerts, an axe throwing/curling complex, and St. Nicholas church which is home to the artist Maxo Vanko murals. Our property also has covered parking for 2 cars. .
