Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

Please Note: there is a steep driveway to the cottage that maybe be difficult for young children/elderly.

Sweet Retreat

Escape to this private 2 bedroom rustic cabin on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy incredible views from the living room or soak up the sun on the dock. Appreciate a true happy hour on the screened-in porch or take libations on the lawn above the Lake. We provide linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels. Disinfectant wipes provided & clean mattress covers provided. Taughannock falls State Park is just 6 miles south, along with several great wineries nearby & local town.

Azalea Beach House on Seneca Lake

Enjoy this spectacular lake house with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Extra sleeping space provided in the upstairs loft areaand the lower level with 2 daybeds in each space. The living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. Luxury vaulted kitchen, fireplace, laundry...lots of parking, dock, kayaks and new hot tub!. You'll love the wrap around covered porch that looks over the lake. Located on the "gold coast"...east side of Seneca Lake... close to so many wineries, breweries & downtown Geneva

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay. As of 2025, New York State charges sales tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space.

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the west side of Seneca Lake, this charming A-Frame cabin is perfect for a lakeside getaway. Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
