This is a unique modern home on a beautiful setting. A circular, 15 sided layout with lots of light overlooking Keuka Lake. Well furnished in a country setting. Enjoy the fresh air and quiet. Internet from TMobile 5G. No network TV included. Guests should bring their own media devices. A HDMI compatible TV is provided. The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.
