This quiet residential neighborhood has easy access to a transportation hub (subway/bus/trolley/taxi), is 7 miles from the airport and has restaurants and services nearby - many within easy walking distance. My Codman Hill neighborhood is a premium area and represents the best of suburbia in the city. The neighborhood hosts primarily single family homes with double and triple deckers but the huge Victorian houses dating back to the 1700 and 1800's are within this community.

This place is on the 3rd floor of our newly renovated home in Boston's Roslindale, which is about 6 miles away from downtown (please look up the neighborhood to have a clear idea where it is). Our place is close to restaurants & bars in Rozzy Village and West Roxbury. There is a connection via bus at the corner to the subway at the Forest Hills Orange Line T-stop that will get you to downtown in about 30 min, and there is commuter rail in Roslindale Village.

The house is tastefully decorated and can accommodate a larger group , sleeps 6-8. 5 min to Boston , 1.3 miles to Central Ave Transit, or bus at end of street. The house is 20 min to Downtown Boston , it is a duplex totally separated for your own privacy. Reasonable alternative to Hotels , perfect for groups going to Convention Center. I recently added mini splits for additional cooling and heating needs , central ac .
