Ataalaya's design could best be described as Colonial Melange - blending elements of Cape Dutch and Indian styles with Philippine architecture. Its most striking feature is the amazing vista of Taal Lake featuring Taal Volcano itself, the lake's islands, and majestic Mount Maculot.

Traditional Filipino Home with Pool near Taal Lake

Nayon is a private farmstead in Alitagtag, Batangas, a scenic 2-hour (1.5 hr without traffic) drive from Manila. Our 2-bedroom, 150-sqm traditional Filipino house sits on a hill, overlooking a child-friendly pool and a wide space peppered with fruit trees and grazing animals. Each large, ensuite bedroom is furnished carefully with Filipino furniture and mementos from our family's travels. KSK Farm Cabin is a 25-square-meter cabin room inside KSK Farm that provides a quiet retreat away from the city. Located in BUFI Farm in Barangay Abung, San Juan Municipality of Batangas roughly a two-hour drive from Manila is Bahay Trinidad. Surrounded by coastal towns and lovely beaches including the white sands of Laiya. The house sits in a one-hectare coconut plantation. It has the feel of a hacienda living surrounded by over 100 coconut trees and sloping plains roamed freely by farm animals.
