This is a three bedroom fully furnished guest house inclusive of beach and pool access at the nearby resort (access would depend on the number of nights stay) which is about 6 minutes walk from the place (might be longer for the elderly). The rooms all have air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleep as well as a well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for your cooking pleasure. The nearby beach resort access has a swimming pool both for kids and adults, white sand beaches and restaurants.

A two story townhouse, with 2 Bedrooms good for 5 persons but it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor is the living room with 2 electric fans, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, CR & shower. (Additional ₱300/day to use AC at the ground floor). Bedrooms are on 2nd floor with AC. The property is situated in a clean, calm and peaceful village just few meters aways from Davao Airport with full day security. Guests can benefit from free parking available on site and free Wi-Fi
