L'appartamento presenta una ampia sala con vista, cucina attrezzata ,seconda sala da pranzo , due camere matrimoniali e una camera piccola , due bagni (uno interno alla camera), un ripostiglio provvisto di lavatrice e uno splendido balcone con vista dell'intera città e sopratutto della spiaggia più popolare di Sao Vicente. Situato in zona tranquilla a cinque min in macchina dal centro della città, Mindelo.

L'appartamento gode di una splendida vista fronte oceano. Dispone di una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. In salotto è presente un divano-letto in grado di accogliere comodamente due ospiti extra. I nostri ospiti adorano fare colazione sul nostro terrazzo! È fornito di stoviglie, lenzuola e asciugamani. Accesso gratuito e illimitato al wifi e ai luoghi comuni di Las Rochas, come la piscina e la spiaggia. Colazione a buffet inclusa. Al piano terra è presente un minimarket.

Breakfast is prepared by my mother with all care. I am a licensed guide! So it's nice to sleep with a delicious breakfast! Then I am ready to answer all questions on this island! Super excursions you can do on this island. So you travel can only be better. We speak and understand English, Dutch, Portuguese and a little French.

Le dortoir est composé de 6 lits single , dans lequel vous pourrez être à une seule personne ou à 6 ! Vous aurez accès à la cuisine/kitchenette spacieuse avec grande table, un frigo, une plaque électrique, une bouilloire, un grille pain et une cafetière, à la salle de bain est équipée de deux douches avec eau chaude et un WC, plus un WC privé à part et aux terrasses extérieures de la maison.

Vannilla Residencial is a brand new B&B, opened just a few weeks ago by my friend Katy. The B&B is located in an amazing spot, with one of the best view's in the city of Mindelo. Besides the view another fantastic thing is that you can use the kitchen, and there is also a living room! Katy loves cooking, and shows this by putting a lot of effort in the breakfast she serves.
