Welcome to "THE LOVE NEST". Perfect for a romantic getaway for two or city escape with family and friends. The Love Nest is a totally private cottage located on the shores of beautiful Boshkung Lake in Algonquin Highlands which, in the summertime, boasts a lovely sandy beach! During the off season (November 1st to the May long weekend) the cottage sleeps 4 maximum (2 adults + 2 kids) as only the main cottage is available.* Sorry, weekly rentals only for July & August (Friday check in).

2 bedroom cedar log cottage on over 300 beautiful acres. Very private. Many walking trails to explore and enjoy. Lovely deck on the cottage and a great dock at the lake. Canoe, pedal boat, and swimming raft. All just a 2 hour drive from Toronto. We have another property at the opposite end of the private lake - all of the same wonderful outdoor activities but this time based out of a stunning log house. The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.
