Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

H Villa Ktima είναι ένα ιδιωτικό κατάλυμα σε ένα περιφραγμένο κτήμα στο παραλιακό χωριό των Μηνιών, με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο που φιλοξενεί 2 άτομα. Άλλοι δύο καλεσμένοι μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν στο ευρύχωρο σαλόνι (σε έναν διπλό/δύο μονούς καναπέδες-κρεβάτι). Το σπίτι διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα με θέα στη θάλασσα και αυλή με μπάρμπεκιου και εξωτερική τραπεζαρία, περιτριγυρισμένα από την απόλυτη ηρεμία του ελαιώνα. Στην ησυχία της νύχτας, δίπλα από την πισίνα ακούτε τον χαλαρωτικό ήχο της θάλασσας.
