This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights, illuminating a space adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Enjoy your stay in Minneapolis in a custom-designed home. Set in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts and Entertainment District. This lodging is for adults only. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your reservation). Snow removal and lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

Renovated, unique (for Mpls) 2-bedroom is located in a historic 1886 Richardson Romanesque Red Bricked Corner Unit in the Elliot Park neighborhood (J. Paul Getty was actually born next door in 1892). Includes 1200 sq ft of refined living with 10ft ceilings and original Victorian woodwork. If you are looking for a low rise, low density alternative to a high rise hotel, this place is for you. This is a second floor apartment so there is one flight of steps to navigate.

This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis!
