Laundry is the only shared area, located outside the unit behind a secured door and unused by host during guest stay. Cozy and comfortable 100 year old cottage on a quiet street steps from the creek, trail and lakes. Enjoy everything the Nokomis area has to offer, restaurants, parks, lakes, trails, and bars. A four block walk to the the 46st Street light rail station- offering direct access to all major metro destinations (US Bank Stadium, VA Hospital, Mall of America, and airport). The rental offers privacy for a drink or coffee on the rear deck; short walk/bike to park(s), commercial, and grocery store.

The lake is a magnet for wildlife but shallow and not a good fishing lake but there are some good fishing lakes nearby.

Walk out the french doors onto the custom cedar deck. Take in the mid-day sun, grill on the Traeger, or spend your evenings under the lights on the sectional sofa or the outdoor dining table.

This remodeled second-floor condo has a gorgeous lake/park view and is a short ride from the airport. You're 2 blocks from public transit and close to restaurants, bars, grocery, coffee shops, and a liquor store. You're 2 miles from Downtown. Two guests are best, but the space can accommodate three. One of the city’s best inner-city parks is across the street with a walking path in warm months, and a sledding hill and ice skating in winter! The lake is NOT suitable for swimming.

Lake-view in the city: MSP, trails, beautiful!

The view of the sunsets over the lake is unforgettable from this 1928, 2 br condo. Whether here for a game, to see friends or to explore - you'll love it here. Guests enjoy a private entrance, ample parking, fresh linens, good coffee, a park and paths. It is walkable to cafés, bakeries and a brewery. The airport, stadiums, MOA, Minnehaha Falls are close. There is a shared, small patio in back. There is some street noise during busier times of the day, but quiet at night.

Lake Hiawatha Carriage House near Light Rail

New, beautifully designed carriage house a block from Lake Hiawatha near the airport and Minnehaha Falls. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Minnehaha Creek, light rail. Large windows with lots of light, kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, TV, fast Wifi internet. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

Classic style, urban vibe

This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis! Great neighborhood amenities include a corner coffee shop, brew pub, bakery, authentic barbecue joint and breakfast and lunch cafe, all within easy walking distance. This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.

Victorian Grand Cottage by Lakes and Downtown!

Renowned architect Geoffrey Warner was featured in Garage Reinvented by converting a quaint Victorian home into this stylish, innovative design. This was realized by literally bridging the original Icehouse of Lake Calhoun to a newer addition by a mahogany bridge that pours natural light into the living room from upper level skylights. Indeed, its a unique place that is on the scheduling short list with HGTV's House Hunters!

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
