Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Sibley Loft - adorable one bed one bath with patio

The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

St. Paul near UofM/State Fair (with garage space)

Welcome to your retreat from the State Fair, or your in-laws. Located in Falcon Heights, this space was designed for my parents to use during their returns to Minnesota, and is perfect for a couple needing a place that is convenient to the Twin Cities. A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you have easy access by transit or highway to all of the Twin Cities. Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

This charming gem in the Standish neighborhood is tucked away on a quiet street. Guests have private access to the lower level studio space featuring a queen bed with a great mattress, fast wifi, workspace and bathroom. Filtered water for drinking, coffee and tea are provided. Located in the heart of Minneapolis with coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and easy access to bike trails and public transportation. Please note the space is for single travelers.

Private Studio near the Lake 5 min to Lake Nokomis

Nestled in the heart of the Lake Nokomis Neighborhood, this nice private studio is a great place to rest your head and go explore the city. Walking distance to the Nokomis Beach Coffee Shop and the lake. Centrally located between downtown Mpls and downtown St Paul. 15 minute driving time to get anywhere in the cities. Not to mention, 8 minutes from the Airport! The South Mpls neighborhood is quite residential, but home to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city.

This cozy and clean unit is on the street level of our house located in Whittier neighborhood, Minneapolis. It’s most suitable for 1-2 people, length of stay from 2 nights to 3-4 months. Standish Suite

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.

Stroll to Lakes from Stylish Garden Apartment

Cozy, sunny, lower-level apartment. Top-tier neighborhood of historic mansions, great for walking, biking, running. Fully-equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Dedicated workspace and top-speed wifi. Extra room can serve as private 2nd bedroom with sofa bed pulled out. Shared laundry room but otherwise the place is yours alone with your own entrance. Note: this is a walkout basement apartment.

I am literally about 10 minutes from everywhere - the airport, downtown, Mall of America. Private basement "suite" includes a living room with large screen tv with Netflix. Your bedroom has a Beauty-rest World Class bed (Westin uses this one) with black-out blinds. The luxurious jet tub will profoundly calm and relax you. Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.
