Stylish Villa Private Pool-SPA Near Parks Disney!

Stylish villa 4 bed/3 bath family home with private facing pool & SPA, living room, family room, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, a game room, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, wheelchair accessible, close to the parks, shops, and restaurants, Pool & SPA heater at additional cost, located at Glenbrook community. WELL.... we have it all and much more to enjoy, so read on! Pool & SPA heater fee is 25 dollars per day. BBQ grill is an additional 40 dollars (for the whole stay, which includes gas and cleaning).

Relax with the family in this peaceful home under trees and blue sky. You'll hear roosters crow in the morning. It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS TWO VEHICLES MAXIMUM (If you need to park more than two vehicles, talk to us first.)

Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow cleaning and disinfecting of the house

Charming two bedroom, one bathroom home just three blocks from downtown Winter Garden Florida. Across the street from the West Orange Bike Trail and walking distance to restaurants, Splash pond, shopping and Farmers Market. The fenced in back yard is shaded by a 100 year old live oak tree. There is a “no pet policy” at the house. We do not accept guests under the age of 12. There are NO cameras on or around the property. I respect the privacy of my guests.
