I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink, a renewed mid size refrigerator and one of the best view of the building .

Fully equipped kitchen and Washer/dryer inside the unit. Owner’s storage with beach chairs, umbrella and coolers.
