A quiet and cozy city fringe studio boasting prime position in its perfect location. Peaceful, private, and securely nestled into a greenbelt nook, away from roads, with a lovely, elevated view. My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly, and directly access native bush walks. Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

Akaroa Apartment

Relax in this calm, tidy space ahead of your flight being only 10minutes away from the airport or stay local and enjoy what the peninsula has to offer. Situated in a culdesac, this quiet apartment block has beautiful views and stunning morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and has basic ingredients stocked up. Can sleep up to 4 guests with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge room. Carpark available with extra on street and bus stop right outside for route #24, 20-30min to the city!

Wake up to breathtaking views in a spacious hillside house! You will have the entire upper-ground floor of our ’60s vibe family house. Situated 5mn drive to the airport, surrounded by some of the most magnificent views and walks in Wellington, it offers you much more than a bed for the night. It’s a place to rest and reset after travelling, working or exploring all Wellington has to offer. Stay for as long as you like in this slice of paradise because you won’t want to leave once you get here.

The Art House

Welcome to the Art House - a petite, quirky space up a steep driveway. Strategic location - 4 minute drive down to Petone Station where there is free parking, jump on a train for a 12 minute trip to Wellington. Jackson Street (6 minute drive) has more than than 60 restaurants, bars and cafés. From here it is a 15 - 20 minute drive to ferry terminals and CBD. There is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle/jug and bar fridge. We live above the unit so there is noise from time to time.

Close to Wellington CBD and 10 minutes from the airport, this self-contained studio below the main house, is perfect for business travellers or if you are coming to the city for an event or getaway. Separate access at the side of the house and a short flight of 10 steps to the studio. Shared garden with the owners. Our friendly little dog will welcome you to your city haven. Comfortable queen bed, access to laundry facilities available, and a desk to work at.

Helston Hideaway

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
