You'll have a great time at this cozy waterfront cabin. All the comforts of home including full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen with full-size fridge and stove. Vintage Enterprise wood cook stove, ample dining space, wifi, TV, Netflix, heat pump, BBQ, and tranquil waterfront on the Taxis River. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds consisting of a double on the bottom and a twin up top. Living room couch converts to a queen size bed. Outdoor patio and a firepit!

Private loft located upstairs with two single beds, one private bedroom equipped with a double sized bed as well as a a sofa pull out that can also sleep two. Step into the backyard and walk toward the water and the sand. Enjoy fires on the beach, kayaking on the water and the amazing feel of the ocean breeze. We provide one parking spot. Relax at this beautiful heated/AC cabin. The cabin is located next to a dirt road that is 13 km from Lac Antinouri. In the summer this scenic drive can be done by truck or ATV. For your grocery, pharmaceutical and “spirits “ requirements, Petit Rocher is 14 km away whereas Bathurst is 26 km. Whether it’s hunting, ATVing, hiking, kayaking, or just enjoying the beautiful Bay of Chaleur area, this cozy cabin gives you a place to relax and kick your feet up when your day is through!

The Old River Lodge was created to be a true escape, with direct access from the lodge to the NB trail system and located right on the Miramichi River, this is the perfect home base for exploring or relaxing. Days here are meant for fresh air, good coffee, and evenings spent relaxing after a full day of making memories.
