Welcome to Lemon Villa, our Villa is a two bed private villa set over two buildings in tropical surroundings, fully equipped accommodation all with ensuite, AC, WIFI and private swimming pool, located 50 meters from popular Madiha Surf breaks. This beautiful coastal village offers complete peace and tranquillity. Located close by to amazing beaches where you can relax and swim with turtles. Set in a quiet area, we are within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the popular Doctors House.

DevilRock Bungalows SAND.

DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, SAND and OCEAN, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is SAND!

There is nothing between the tropical beach front garden with pool and pool deck and the South Pole. The property has two villas. If both properties are rented separately at the same time, the garden and pool will be a shared area.
