Punchi Doowa which translates to little Island is a home nestled on its own paddy island with expansive views of the coconut plantation. Offering a unique stay, close to the picturesque bustle of village life but still only a 10 minute drive from the beach. Punchi Doowa has an acre garden for you to enjoy. We offer Sri Lankan meals grown from the garden. A natural plunge pool to refresh in and a sunset/ sunrise deck to relax on. Punchi Doowa is a space to absorb nature and all its offerings.

Kumbuk Villa

Experience a flourishing ecosystem of fauna, flowers, birds and butterflies. We value safety, privacy, comfort and high-vibe water. Plenty of space to co-exist, chill and create, play music or practice yoga and sleep. Intentionally designed utilizing thunbergia + passion fruit vines for shade and keeping living spaces cool, naturally without sacrificing sunlight. Enjoy the garden bounty, coconuts and bananas and watch up close views of native bees. Take a complimentary cooking class and feast!

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
